This outfit consists of a jacket and pencil skirt made of a printed neoprene design and large clown buttons. The standout features are the voluminous shoulders and pronounced hips. A classic box fit mens shirt completes the look; modified by many darts at the waist, creates a narrow and slim waist which contrast the very bosy top of the skirt.
